Below is a possible solution using the ScopeTM platform. Our professionals will customize the application for your plant(s). We suggest hosting the solution on the internet as shown below.  We will ensure that your data will be secure by utilizing the most secure data centers, SSL encrypting and Web Forms authentication. However if you choose, the solution can be hosted on your intranet or even customized further and deployed on your LAN using a distributed architecture.  The final product will consist of web forms or Windows forms for data entry, and charts and reports for monitoring and analysis customized to your specific needs.  We can also integrate the product with your existing Microsoft Office products to create Spreadsheets, charts and graphs:

Some Details, illustrated by an example of program usage:

Once your plant's software (such as MAXIMO, for example) invokes the SCOPE ASSISTANTTM, the entire installed pump population comes alive at your fingertips, as shown at the small example below:

First, you will access all your plants and stations, for an overview:

From above screen, you can click on any plants and station. Clayton WRC was cliked in this example.

Next, you can select any module within the picked plant or station. For example, Chemical Storage Building #12 area is picked:

Next, for a selected module, records are displayed, such as pump location, brand, type, size, application, installation date, last rebuild date, maintenance dates, power, flow, pressure, seal or packing type, photos of the installation, instruction manuals, maintenance video, as well as MTBR (Mean Time Between Repairs or Maintenance) index.

We can structure and customize pumps' records for your specific needs and conditions, as each organization may have some specific requirements or modifications.

Call us to schedule a review of your plant needs. Your equipment will receive a long overdue attention to availability of records, up-to-dated, real and relevant information, with ease of access and usefulness for maintenance, engineering and operating groups. And real information means real savings.
